Treatment Within LLC is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and provides Medicaid-funded programs including Community Stabilization Services and Mobile Crisis Response Services throughout Virginia. We accept Medicaid insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Sentara, Humana, and UnitedHealthcare. Our team serves individuals experiencing a mental health crisis by providing immediate assessment, stabilization, and linkage to ongoing support. In addition to crisis services, Treatment Within LLC offers Health Coaching as a private pay program open to the public. Our coaching services are designed to support emotional wellness, goal setting, coping skill development, and personal growth in a structured and empowering environment.

Treatment Within LLC was founded by KevNesha, a Qualified Mental Health Professional with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, she brings extensive knowledge in crisis support, emotional regulation, and the development of effective coping skills. Her professional background includes working with individuals experiencing high-stress situations, life transitions, and emotional challenges, providing structured, compassionate support designed to promote stability and growth.
